Baby Prep: Freezer Inventory and Links

Preparing for baby Henry means I am cooking doubled recipes.  It's really not a hard task, but sometimes I do forget that I am doubling when I create grocery lists - oops!  That is a bit annoying because that means bundling up the kids and going on an additional, dreaded grocery shopping trip.

Anyway, my food-related baby prep goals include having:
  • 12 pizza dough balls
  • 12 weeks worth of dry pancake mix
  • 8 breakfast dishes
  • 48 supper dishes
The recipes I am using are some of my favorites.  I figure that if I am cooking it all, working through labor, and birthing baby Henry, I might as well make sure I have my favorite foods available after he arrives. :o)  Selfish?  I don't think so.
