Impromptu Baby Prep: Pizza Dough

Next week I am heading to KC, MO to celebrate my grandmother(-in-law)'s birthday.  Therefore, I will not be around to make the usual pizza dough for our Friday family pizza and movie night.

Conversation with Aaron today: 

     "Is there pizza dough in the freezer for Friday?" asks Aaron.

     "No, just the dough for after Henry arrives," I say while hormonally thinking that if he touches that dough I will have, as some southern friends say, a high speed come apart. I had better make some for Friday so the the dough is safe (channel Gollum).

Take some hormones, add a bit of nesting, and now we have six balls of pizza dough rising: one for Friday and five for postpartum.  Postpartum pizza dough total is now nine - only three to go!
