"I'm not even going to pretend that I want to hold my bottle."
Charlie, hiding what is his equivalent to crack: pluot.
He sucks it like he's a vampire.
You can't have it, Marmee. I found it among your picnic food - finders keepers.
You see that eaten piece of fruit with the orange flesh. That's pluot number one. Marmee picked up Charlie, thinking he was full, and went to eat her additional pluot. Guess who snatched as soon as they were sitting?
I am so pleased that we went early! The boys had fun together, especially when they played with Saul's Grandpa Roger.
Saul, wanting the camera.
The party was themed: The Very Hungry Caterpillar. I must say, Hope (Saul's mom and my best friend) did a great job. I will be tapping her brain for ideas and tips for Charlie's party. Sadly, my camera was not handy, so no good photos of the party. :o( (I did take some shots of the kiddos with my phone.) But, take my word. It was beautifully arranged! There was even a butterfly cookie decorating station. How fun!
