Saturday. Suppertime. Charlie's playing on the floor. Aaron's already sitting and eating. I enter; Charlie spots me and begins to crawl full speed to me. No, no, no. I just played with you and held you for quite sometime.
"I'll pick you up when I'm done eating, Bug." Continues to follow me to my chair. I sit, and he pulls up on my chair, whining. I ignore. He doesn't stop. Aaron's done eating and tries to divert Charlie's attention.
Aaron states, "If he's bothering you, I can take him to his room."
"No, it won't bother me until he learns to say 'mama'," I reply coolly.
I look down at Charlie, and he whines, "Ma. Mama." Seriously?
I look at Aaron, he's attempting to not laugh.
"Not funny," I say to the both of them.
